By creating an account or using Resonant System, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Description of service

Resonant System is a psychoeducational app that provides daily reflections, articles, structured learning modules, and interactive skill-building exercises. The app is designed to help you understand how your nervous system, emotions, and thoughts work together, and to build the skills to work with them rather than against them.

User accounts

You may create one account using Apple Sign In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 13 years of age to use this app.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Resonant System for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reverse-engineer the app, scrape content, or redistribute materials without written permission.

Content disclaimer

All content in Resonant System is for educational purposes only. It is not medical advice, therapy, or a substitute for professional healthcare. Somatic practices may surface difficult emotions or physical sensations. If you experience significant distress, discontinue use and contact a healthcare provider or call 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).

Intellectual property

All articles, exercises, concepts, and learning materials in Resonant System are original works protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without express written permission.

Account termination

Accounts that violate these terms may be suspended or terminated. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon deletion, your data is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

Resonant System is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. The developer is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to physical or emotional discomfort from somatic practices.

Changes to terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated through the app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States.
